Delivery
We charge £100 for furniture delivery up to two hundred mile radius of Lincolnshire. Further destinations for orders will be agreed by mutual consent when an order is placed.
Customers may collect goods from us by appointment if they prefer.
Smaller items will be posted within two working days of full payment being cleared by our bank.
Made to measure items must have a deposit of 50% paid at the time of ordering.
Other furniture can be paid in full one day before delivery or four full working days if a cheque is paid.
Cancellations
A customer has the right to cancel an order at any time up to delivery.
A refund will be given in full if payment has been made.
If an order is cancelled for a stock item for any reason after payment these payments will be refunded within 30 days (made to measure items excluded).
All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection Regulations (distance selling). These allow for a seven day cooling off period during which the customer can cancel their order in writing either in a letter by post or by email at any time up to the seventh working day after they received their purchase.
Goods must be returned within 14 days after the delivery date for a full refund only if:
- The item is returned in the same condition as it was sold.
- The item is a normal stock item and has not been made to measure for the customer.
Delivery and collection costs are not refundable.
Damaged goods must be reported to us at the time of delivery or to a third party i.e. a contracted delivery company within 48 hours. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
